12-Month IPM Home Membership
With HOT’s Membership, YOU CHOOSE three preferred seasons (summer, autumn, winter, spring) for your scheduled services. We inspect the root source of pest activity, assess contributing conditions, and apply targeted treatments only where they are needed (minimising unnecessary chemical application build up).
True IPM Protection: During your services, your technician will utilise their on-site time to seal accessible gaps, install weep hole guards, or pipe penetrations, using professional pest-proofing materials at no extra cost- reducing the need for ongoing chemical treatments.
You’ll also receive two additional pest-response visits completely covered if any active pests break through between your scheduled services.
WHATS INCLUDED
• Flexible Site Care (Up to 90-Mins Per Visit): Every site is unique. Your technician spends time thats is required - from a swift 15-Min check on a sleep-out to a deep 90-Min sweep of a large home to ensure your property is completely secured.
• 3 Scheduled Seasonal IPM Visits: Timed to your three chosen seasonal periods to target your homes shifting pest risks.
• 2 Extra Pest-Response Visits: Additional reliable support if covered pests break through between scheduled visits.
• IntegratedPhysical Proofing: On-site sealing of accessible entry points using industrial pest-proofing materials during your visits.
• Deep Site Diagnostics & Risk Assessments: Through Inspection, pest identification, source tracing, and evaluation of moisture or drainage issues.
• Targeted IPM Care: Localised monitoring, baiting, and precise label-compliant treatments used only where justified.
• Digital Service Reports: Clear, itemised summaries and photos verifications sent straight to your inbox every visit.
COVERED HOUSEHOLD PESTS
Standard household activity and our chosen pests involving: Ants, Spiders, Cockroaches, Rats, Mice, and Drain flies (assessment, monitoring and targeted management only)
Note: Drain cleaning, plumbing repairs, and underlying drainage faults are quoted separately.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT OPTIONS
• Flexible Monthly Plan: $69 per month for 12 months (total annual commitment: $828.
• Upfront Annual Discount: Pay $799 upfront in full and save $29.
• Fixed Commitment: This is a locked 12 Month contract; payments continue for the full term regardless of how many included visits, minutes, or proofing allowances are used.
• Use it or lose it: Included visits and minor proofing allocations do not roll over, transfer, or exchange for cash.
ADDITIONAL PESTS & SPECIALTY WORK
The following specialised services fall outside the standard plan and require a seperate quote:
• Timber Pests: Termites and wood-boring insects.
• Specialist Infestations: Wasps, bees, bed bugs, fleas, Mosquitos, birds, wildlife, pantry pests and fabric pests.
• Major Structure Work: Extensive roof meshing, subfloor building repairs, complex sealing projects, drain cleaning, and plumbing.
• Specialist Cleaning: Advanced sanitation, or materials used outside the standard membership allowance.
Severe or pre-existing infestations may require a seperate corrective treatment before standard membership coverage begins. This plan provides ongoing IPM support but does not guarantee a 100% pest-free property. Full service limits are outlined in your final membership paperwork.
